Which methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Discover, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship internationally.  US and Canada shipments only.

When can I expect my order?

If you choose the US Ground option, shipping will take 2-6 business days depending on your location.  2-day shipping will arrive two business days after your order is shipped. 

What do I do if my tracking number isn't showing my order?

Mail providers recycle tracking numbers from previous deliveries, so it takes about 8 hours for them to go out with the old and in with the new information.  

I have a promo card, how do I use it?

Enter your code at checkout in the discounts section and voilá, your discount will be applied towards your purchase. *Please note that cards cannot be combined or used with another promotion.
