Returns

Policy

We will gladly process returns of any unused, undamaged merchandise purchased at www.nuhanas.com within 15 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange for an item(s) of equal or lesser value. Merchandise received after the 15-day return period, but before 60 days, may be exchanged for an item(s) of equal or lesser value. Return shipping is free for any warranty returns, incorrect order returns, or exchanges.  For all non-warranty returns, the customer is responsible for shipping back the original order to Nuhanas or we can provide a shipping label and deduct the shipping cost from the return amount. All refunds will be returned in the original form of payment minus shipping costs. 

Note: Orders placed using promotional discount codes are final sale. Returns will not be accepted unless due to a warranty issue or Nuhanas error. 

Warranty

Nuhanas products are covered by a six month warranty that protects the original owner against manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials. If your product is defective, we’ll make it right. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care, product abuse and/or negligence, or use of product for unintended purposes.

Instructions

To initiate a return, exchange, or warranty claim, please email info@nuhanas.com to obtain a prepaid return mailing label and/or an RMA number.  Once your return, exchange, or warranty claim has been approved, clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the return box.  When we receive the returned product, your new order will be released or you will receive your refund.

Products returned without submitting a request via email will not be accepted and Nuhanas is not liable for these returns.
