Order Processing

Please allow 2 business days for us to confirm your payment and carefully prepare your order for shipment. We strive to ship all orders the next business day. However, this is not always possible due to the time required to process your payment. Please be assured we will ship your order as soon as possible. At the time of online purchase, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. You will receive a second email from us when your order has shipped, and at the same time, you will receive a third email directly from FedEx with your shipment tracking number.

Payment Processing
Nuhanas® will not release an order for shipment until payment is confirmed. We currently accept all forms of major credit cards: PayPal, Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Typically, payments will clear the next business day. 

Occasionally, payment processing can take up to 2 business days or more. Please be advised that Nuhanas has no control over the time required for payments to be processed and cleared. To ensure prompt payment processing, please follow-up directly with PayPal / Discover/ Visa / MasterCard / Amex regarding your online payment to us.

Term of Shipment
Nuhanas® offers FedEx Smart Post and FedEx Ground as our preferred US and Canadian carrier for our shipments.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Nuhanas® confirming shipment, and an email with your shipment tracking number. 

Taxes and Import Fees
Nuhanas® is not responsible for any actions taken by the customs or the chosen package delivery service. Nuhanas® has NO control over this. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Customs determines these charges and Nuhanas® has no way of knowing what these charges may be.
